As a national hightech enterprise specializing in engine crankshaft production, Sichuan Feiya Company has applied for a total of 75 patents and has obtained 58 authorizations for independent intellectual property rights. Currently, the company is anchored to the goal of newtype industrialization and accelerating its intelligent transformation and digitalization. In the past three years, the company has increased investment in upgrading and replacing old equipment and introducing new equipment to improve the automation level and product performance of the company. The company has taken the 11th and 12th workshops as the "smart workshops" model and carried out digital upgrading and transformation.

Yang Yang, the technical quality center director of Sichuan Feiya Power Technology Co., Ltd., said that after the "intelligent reform and digital transformation", the torque strength of the company's automobile crankshaft has been improved by 80% through the bench test conducted by the client.

The reporter saw from the workshop production process that all the production processes of automobile crankshaft, such as rolling and quenching, have been automated. "The data is transmitted back and forms a comparison chart, so that the staff can immediately find out whether the production and equipment operation are abnormal, analyze the pain points and give timely solutions, which plays a key role in the rear management and production instructions." Yang Yang told the reporter that compared with traditional workshops, the intelligent workshop has improved production efficiency by 20% and reduced production costs by 10%.

It is understood that up to now, 82 enterprises in Suining city are implementing the "intelligent reform and digital transformation" project, and 65 enterprises are planning to implement it. The evaluation of 595 enterprises has been completed, with a completion rate of 91.5%. In order to promote the full coverage of technological transformation, Suining also plans to start with supporting small and micro enterprises, implement the "small, fast and accurate" technological transformation activities, and guide enterprises to "accelerate the reform and make good reforms".
